a. Digital Services (Readings and Consultations)

Due to the personalized and intangible nature of our digital services, refunds are generally not provided once a session has been completed. However, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with sufficient notice may be rescheduled without any penalty or receive a full refund.
  • Missed Appointments: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Service Quality Issues: If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of your session at faith.healing@gmail.com to discuss your concerns. Refunds or partial refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

b. Courses and Workshops

  • Cancellation Before Start Date: You may request a full refund if you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before the course or workshop start date.
  • Cancellation After Start Date: If you cancel within the first 24 hours after the course or workshop has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the enrollment fee.
  • Non-Attendance: Failure to attend the course or workshop without prior notification is not eligible for a refund.

4. Processing Refunds
